White wine is made from the fermentation of crushed grapes or grape juice. White wines are usually fermented without skin contact, meaning that the skins of the grapes do not come in contact with the juice during fermentation. This produces a light-coloured, crisp, and often aromatic white wine.

The winemaking process begins with harvesting and sorting the grapes. The fruit is then crushed and the juice is separated from the skins. Depending on the grape variety and desired style of wine, fermentation can occur in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels. After primary fermentation, white wines may undergo a period of ageing or maturation to develop flavours and aromas. Finally, it is bottled and ready for consumption.

To create our delicious, sugar free wines we have partnered with two family owned wineries to perfect the taste of the wines whilst safeguarding the nutritional content. They are located in the:

  • Asti Hills, Piedmont in North West Italy.
  • UNESCO World Heritage Site of Prosecco DOCG in North East Italy.
