One of the questions we get asked frequently here at Slimline Wine is – Is white wine ketogenic? Here’s our answer:

A keto diet is considered low in carbs and sugars, and as some white wines do contain both carbohydrates and added sugars, some individuals on a keto diet choose to avoid white wine and opt for alternatives whilst they are pursuing ketosis. However, not all white wines contain carbohydrates or added sugars – including our own Slimline Wine White!

Our White Wine is made with Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. It is a dry crisp floral wine, with exotic fruit aromas and a deep rich flavour.  It contains 60 kcal per 100ml, along with 0g Sugar, 0g Carbs, 0g Fat, 0g Saturates, 0g Protein, 0g Salt and is also vegan, meaning that it can be enjoyed in moderation if you are following a keto diet – or even if you aren’t!
